Rick spent 20 years in England and after graduating as a mechanical Engineer, he came to Canada in December 1981. Rick integrated into the Real Estate industry in 1983 as a full time Sales Representative. He is a father of 4 children (3 daughters and 1 son) and has been married for over 30 years to his wife Veena Sharma. He enjoys soccer, weight training, and family outings. Rick has worked with Royal LePage State Realty for over 25 years and has been a Broker with the Company for over 19 years of those years.
Rick possesses vast real estate skills, due to 10 years of intense training received from The Mike Ferry Organization, North America’s leading Real Estate coaching and training organization. Hence, he was selected and became a Real Estate coach/trainer himself with The Mike Ferry Organization. Rick exhibits consistency of service unmatched in quality, speed and effectiveness.

Lynn Vienneau first came to ‘The Sharma Team’ as a client, when she and her family were relocating from New Brunswick. After having an exceptional experience with our exclusive buyer agent, she then found herself being referred for a job with the group. She is now a very important part of our team. Lynn is an indispensably experienced and knowledgeable professional with an extensive back ground in the Customer Service/Administrative field.
